HDFC AMC has fixed November 26, 2025, as the record date for its 1:1 bonus share issue.

Shareholders holding stock on this date will be eligible to receive one additional bonus share (₹5 face value) for every share owned.

This action is subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot.

Expect bonus shares to be credited by December 14, 2025, effectively expanding the company's equity base.
