Urja Global's Board has reconstituted its Audit Committee.

Mr. Mukul Jain is the new Chairperson, joined by Mr. Gopalsetty Prasad Rao, Mr. Mohan Jagdish Agarwal, and Mrs. Saumya Srivastava as members.

This enhances corporate governance.
