Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers has merged into Paradeep Phosphates as of October 16, 2025. The board of Paradeep Phosphates has fixed October 31, 2025, as the Record Date.

This is to determine Mangalore Chemicals shareholders eligible to receive Paradeep Phosphates shares under the scheme of arrangement.

Shareholders will get 187 fully paid-up equity shares of ₹10 each of Paradeep Phosphates for every 100 fully paid-up equity shares of ₹10 each of Mangalore Chemicals.
