This strategic move increases Aurum's total shareholding in the PropTech firm to 90.14%, significantly solidifying its control.

K2V2 specializes in enterprise tech, offering solutions like Sell.do to 650+ developers, and reported a FY25 turnover of INR 26.64 Cr.

This acquisition further deepens Aurum's PropTech ecosystem and enhances its tech capabilities, reinforcing its position in the rapidly evolving real estate technology sector.
