Record Date

Monolithisch India has set Saturday, November 1, 2025, as the cut-off date for remote e-voting for its upcoming Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM). Shareholders holding shares as of this date are eligible to cast their votes.

The e-voting window opens on November 5 and closes on November 7, 2025. The EGM itself will be held on November 8, 2025.
