Chemcon Speciality Chemicals has acquired the entire business undertaking of Shivam Petrochem Industries, a partnership firm from its Promoter Group.

This strategic deal, valued at ₹36 Cr, was approved by shareholders.

By acquiring 100% of this business on a going concern basis, Chemcon aims to fully integrate and streamline operations.

This move is expected to enhance operational efficiency and consolidate related activities, strengthening Chemcon's overall position.
