Dalmia Bharat subsidiaries are acquiring minority stakes in three solar power SPVs – Gee Yess India, San Power Generation, and Arunachalam Solar Power – for a total of **Rs. 7.8 Cr**. This strategic move secures up to **26 MW** of captive solar power capacity in Tamil Nadu.

The goal is to enhance renewable energy supply, helping Dalmia Bharat achieve its ambitious targets of **RE 100 by 2030** and becoming **carbon negative by 2040**. This bolsters their green energy footprint and operational sustainability.
