APL Apollo Tubes Limited has announced its financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025, delivering its best-ever quarterly performance for Q2FY26. Sales Volume for Q2FY26 was up 13% YoY to 855k Ton, with Revenue rising 9% YoY to ₹5,210 Cr.

Net Profit surged 461% YoY to ₹300 Cr, and EBITDA increased 224% YoY to ₹450 Cr.

For H1FY26, volume grew 11% YoY to 1,649k Ton, with net profit up 118% YoY to ₹540 Cr and EBITDA up 86% YoY to ₹820 Cr.

The company maintains a net cash position of ₹510 Cr.

Strategic focus includes de-commoditizing its product portfolio, with value-added sales now 57% of the mix.

APL Apollo plans a ₹1,500 Cr capex over three years to expand capacity to 6.8 Mn Ton by FY28, targeting high-growth areas like solar structures and steel buildings.

Management anticipates a stronger H2FY26, driven by readiness in capacity, diverse products, and distribution.

The company also achieved SBTi validation for its near-term and net-zero emissions targets, reinforcing its "Steel for Green" initiatives.
