Allcargo Gati has updated the Record Date for its Composite Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation.

The new Record Date is now November 12, 2025, revised from the earlier November 10, 2025. This date is key for shareholders of Allcargo Supply Chain Private Limited and Gati Express & Supply Chain Private Limited to qualify for receiving fully paid-up equity shares of Allcargo Gati, as per the scheme's share exchange ratios.
