Revised Record date

Allcargo Logistics has updated its Record Date to November 12, 2025, moving it from November 10. This revised date is crucial for shareholders of Allcargo Logistics to receive 1 fully paid-up equity share of Allcargo Global (₹2 each) for every 1 share held in Allcargo Logistics, stemming from a demerger.

Additionally, Allcargo Gati shareholders will become eligible to receive equity shares of Allcargo Logistics through a separate arrangement.
