Medinova Diagnostic Services Limited has announced November 25 as the record date for determining eligible shareholders to receive equity shares in Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Limited.

For every 22 equity shares held in Medinova (face value INR 10 each), shareholders will be allotted 1 equity share in Vijaya Diagnostic (face value INR 1 each). This establishes the share exchange ratio for Medinova shareholders.
