For the quarter, the company reported revenue of 0.16 Cr and a net loss of 0.51 Cr, with basic EPS at (0.04). For the full year, revenue stood at 3.23 Cr, yielding a net profit of 3.11 Cr and basic EPS of 0.24. The company declared the audit report was issued with an unmodified opinion by the statutory auditors.

Additionally, Jain Preeti & Company was appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for FY 2024-25.
