Fusion Finance has set November 11, 2025, as the Record Date for its first and final call on partly paid-up equity shares.

Shareholders holding these shares on this date will be required to pay ₹65.50 per share, which includes ₹5 towards face value and ₹60.50 as premium.

This action allows the company to identify eligible shareholders for the payment notice.
