NDR Auto Components is launching new projects to manufacture Seat Belt Reminder Systems (1.5M units/yr) in Gujarat with Fujikura Ltd (Rs 7.43 Cr investment) and seating latches (3M units/yr) in Gurugram with Fisher Dynamics Corp (Rs 17.43 Cr investment). Target completion is Jan 2027.
