Disbursements also climbed 26.3% YoY to ₹2,053 Cr.

While Q2 profit after tax was ₹30.4 Cr, a YoY decline, asset quality showed QoQ improvement, though GNPA stood at 5.9% and NNPA at 3.8% YoY.

Key growth drivers include strong momentum in Vikas Loans and secured assets like CV and mortgages.

Digital deposits are accelerating, now contributing over 10% of the total liability book.

Notably, the bank received a full ₹313 Cr claim under its credit guarantee scheme (CGFMU) in Q2. Looking ahead, management is confident, targeting FY26 advances growth of 30-35%, deposit growth of 40-45% (with CASA exceeding 22%), and aiming for a healthier asset mix.
