H1 FY26 revenue reached 447 Cr (up 4% YoY), but PAT saw an 11% decline to 44 Cr.

Same Store Sales Growth (SSSG) was -3.6% for Q2 and -2.4% for H1. The company plans to open 120-130 new Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) annually, focusing on Tier 2/3 cities and expanding its network in existing and new geographies, aiming for ~80% revenue from EBOs.

They also emphasize growing their online channel through omni-channel engagement and digital investments.

Go Fashion added 9 EBO stores in Q2, bringing the total to 812 across 194 cities, reinforcing its direct-to-consumer model.

EBITDA for Q2 stood at 67 Cr (up 5% YoY) and 135 Cr for H1 (flat YoY). The company maintains strong cash & cash equivalents of 259 Cr (including MFs & FDs). Management aims for self-funded growth without external funding, leading to a healthy and sustainable business model with increased profitability.

They expect to benefit from the shift from unorganized to organized women's bottom-wear market, expanding product lines like loungewear and athleisure.
