Dreamfolks Services has moved to acquire a 50.01% partnership stake in Ten 11 Hospitality LLP for INR 11.46 Cr.

This strategic move aims to deeply integrate and strengthen Dreamfolks' existing railway lounge services by bringing a key service partner in-house.

Ten 11 Hospitality, which reported a FY25 turnover of INR 8.66 Cr, will become a subsidiary, enhancing physical infrastructure and asset control at crucial railway stations.

This is a clear play to boost operational control and expand offerings.
