Venus Pipes & Tubes' board has approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended Sep 30, 2025. The company also declared an interim dividend of Rs. 0.50 per equity share (5% on Rs. 10 FV). The total payout is Rs. 1.036 Cr.

Shareholders as of the November 18 record date will be eligible.

The dividend will be paid on or before December 09. This rewards investors and highlights the company's performance.
