Record Date

Venus Pipes' board has declared an interim dividend of ₹0.50 per equity share (5%) for FY25-26. The record date to determine eligible shareholders for this payout is November 18, 2025. Only investors holding shares by the close of business on this date will qualify for the dividend.

Payment is scheduled on or before December 09, 2025. The board also approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025.
