Khadim India's Q2 FY26 revenue was ₹101.6 Cr, down 7.5% YoY.
H1 FY26 revenue stood at ₹197.3 Cr, down 7.8% YoY.
Profit after tax for Q2 was ₹1.68 Cr (-41% YoY) and for H1 was ₹2.54 Cr (-66.5% YoY), reflecting a challenging period.
Gross margin for H1 was 47.4%, down 588bps YoY, while H1 EBITDA was ₹26.1 Cr, down 21.3% YoY.
The company continues its asset-light growth model, with 76% of its retail presence through franchises.
Its strategy focuses on expanding the retail footprint in South India, West India, and Uttar Pradesh, using both company-owned (COCO) and franchise stores, alongside a push for premiumisation.
Khadim added 37 new stores in H1 FY26, bringing its total to 893 stores.
Management aims to leverage its distinct brand positioning to capture a significant share of the Indian footwear market.
