HGS reported Q2 FY26 operating revenue of Rs 1,091.0 Cr, a slight 0.4% YoY growth, while H1 FY26 operating revenue saw a minor 1.5% YoY decline to Rs 2,147.3 Cr.
Total EBITDA for Q2 FY26 grew 2.0% YoY to Rs 158.0 Cr, and H1 FY26 EBITDA was up 6.5% to Rs 317.7 Cr.
The company reported a net loss for continuing operations in both periods.
CX Services drove 55% of Q2 revenue, with Digital & Media at 45%. Tech, Media & Telecom, CPG&R, and BFSI were key verticals.
HGS is in a 5-year "Accelerated" transformation aiming for mid-20s EBITDA margins.
Strategic focus includes boosting sales, shifting to digital (62% of pipeline), and focusing on BFSI, CPG&R, and Healthcare.

The digital media business launched ONEiPTV, now in 100 cities.
Its CelerityX enterprise arm secured 6 new clients and delivered over 3,000 high-speed broadband links, expanding services to managed Wi-Fi and cybersecurity.
Management plans aggressive broadband expansion in smaller towns and cost optimization.
