RAM RATNA WIRES LIMITED has approved a 1:1 bonus issue, where one new equity share of Rs. 5 will be issued for every share held.

The Record Date for determining shareholder eligibility for these bonus shares is Friday, December 26, 2025. This action is subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot.

Additionally, the company's authorized share capital will increase from Rs 27 Cr to Rs 50 Cr, also pending shareholder nod.
