Omaxe Limited has acquired 100% equity in Next10 Realbuild Private Limited and Next10 Land Developers Private Limited.

The total deal size is a small 0.02 Cr.

These two real estate firms, which currently have no turnover, are being brought in to support Omaxe's "next phase of growth." While the target companies are owned by a promoter, the transaction is reported as arm's length.

The company states there's no immediate material financial or operational impact from this acquisition, suggesting a very long-term, asset-light strategy.
