Gabriel India posted strong Q2 FY26 standalone financial results, with revenue up 15.4% YoY to Rs. 1,066.1 Cr and EBITDA growing 18.9% to Rs. 95.6 Cr.

For H1, revenue rose 14.7% to Rs. 2,050.6 Cr.

Key segments saw robust growth: 2W/3W sales up 13.6%, Passenger Vehicles up 12.3%, and Commercial Vehicles (including railways) surging 32%. The company is strategically transforming into a diversified mobility solutions provider.

It recently acquired MMAS's shock absorber and gas spring capacity and approved a revised JV for Inalfa Gabriel Sunroof Systems, where Inalfa will take a 35% stake.

New JVs with JINHAP Korea for fasteners (Gabriel investing Rs. 26.8 Cr for 51%) and SK Enmove for lubricants (Gabriel investing Rs. 29.4 Cr for 49%) mark entries into high-growth areas.

The sunroof JV aims for Rs. 1,000 Cr revenues by 2030, and business restructuring is expected to add INR 7 to FY25 EPS.

H1 cash flow from operations was Rs. 113 Cr, with Rs. 108.3 Cr in capex for growth.

Gabriel is also committed to being Carbon & Water Neutral by 2027.
