Rolex Rings' Q2FY26 revenue dipped 9.6% YoY to ₹271.4 Cr, with profit (PAT) down 10.2% to ₹44.3 Cr.
Despite the decline, EBITDA margin slightly improved to 25.5%. Domestic business, especially bearing rings, shows signs of recovery, alongside improvements in European markets.
However, US volumes have slowed pending trade deal clarity.
A significant positive development is the 25% US custom duty waiver on major exports, effective November 2025. The company is also boosting sustainability with a 9MW solar plant expected by December 2025. Bearing Rings contributed 58% of Q2 revenue, with 57% from domestic sales.
For H1FY26, revenue stood at ₹563.0 Cr and PAT at ₹93.5 Cr.
