Sanco Trans Limited has reconstituted its Nomination and Remuneration Committee, a key oversight body.

Mr. Bharat Venkat Epur, a Non-Executive Independent Director, will now chair the committee.

Joining him as members are Mr. P. R. Renganath and Mr. T R Chandrasekaran, both also Non-Executive Independent Directors.
