Sunlite Recycling Industries is acquiring 100% of Sunlite Aluminium Private Limited (SAPL), an aluminium wire rod manufacturer, for ₹50 Cr.

This deal, split between share swap (₹43.50 Cr) and cash (₹6.50 Cr), aims to fully integrate SAPL into Sunlite Recycling.

Strategically, this boosts business scale and leverages SAPL's FY25 turnover of ₹139.62 Cr, EBITDA of ₹8.69 Cr, and PAT of ₹4.88 Cr.

The acquisition also offers significant tax benefits and state incentives, strengthening the consolidated entity's financial position and operational efficiencies.
