Artemis Med has allotted 1.90 Cr equity shares to IFC from converting 33,000 CCDs at Rs 174.03/share.

This increases total shares from 13.92 Cr to 15.82 Cr, diluting existing shareholder ownership.

IFC is not a promoter.
