SAR Televenture reported strong H1 FY26 results: Revenue +106%, EBITDA +176% (margin 18.82%), PAT +126%. It will acquire Blue Lotus and Whitefield for ₹800 Cr, expanding customer base to 8.5 lakh and achieving pan-India presence.
The company also completed 1,200 4G/5G towers and 75,000 home passes.
