Mangalam Drugs & Organics promoter, Shree Kishoriju Trading and Investments Pvt Ltd, has pledged an additional 1,05,000 shares, which represent 0.66% of the company's total share capital.

This pledging was done as security for debt, with M/s Badjate Stock Broking Pvt Ltd as the beneficiary.

Following this transaction, the promoter's total encumbered shares now stand at 7,28,900, accounting for 4.61% of the total share capital.
