PVR INOX promoter Ajay Kumar Bijli has unpledged 2,50,630 equity shares.

These shares were previously pledged with Infina Finance Private Limited for personal borrowing.

This transaction reduces Mr. Bijli's total pledged holding to 2.34% of PVR INOX's share capital, down from 2.59%. This move suggests a potential easing of financial commitment for the promoter.
