Indowind Energy announces a rights issue to raise ₹49.43 Cr at ₹15.35/share (1:4 ratio). Funds will develop a new 4 MW solar plant in Karnataka (₹21.50 Cr), repay ₹11 Cr in promoter loans, and cover general corporate needs.

The issue is underwritten for ₹20 Cr.

Auditors noted concerns on receivables and a substantial arbitration claim.
