SPML Infra's promoter, Niral Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., has pledged 3,550,692 shares, which represents 9.03% of the company's total equity.

This pledge was made with SBICAP Trustee Company Ltd on behalf of National Asset Reconstruction Company Ltd (the lender). A significant point for investors is that this transaction results in 90.25% of Niral Enterprises' total shareholding in SPML Infra now being encumbered.
