Following an e-auction, a consortium of Kaveri Industries and Sh.

Narinder Kumar Sachdeva was identified as the successful bidder.

After receiving the full sale consideration, the company's possession was officially handed over to the consortium.

The liquidator also confirmed that any outstanding dues to BSE will be paid on a priority basis during the distribution phase.
