Camlin Fine Sciences has completed the acquisition of Vinpai, a French ingredien'tech company, by securing a 78.68% majority stake.

The deal, valued at ₹101.70 Cr, was executed through a share swap.

Vinpai specializes in natural, functional ingredients from algae, plants, and minerals for food, cosmetics, and nutraceuticals.

This strategic move expands Camlin's product portfolio, leverages new technologies to enhance existing products, and opens doors to new markets, including the feed segment.

Vinpai reported revenues of €9.157 million in FY2024. The acquisition significantly boosts Camlin's global presence.
