Signoria Creation (SIGNORIA) is set to acquire a 60% stake in Herble Prints Private Limited for ₹3.0564 Cr.

This move represents a strategic backward integration, aiming to expand SIGNORIA's textile business both in India and globally.

Herble Prints specializes in textile printing and trading, dealing in a range of fabrics from cotton to digital prints.

The acquisition will make Herble Prints a subsidiary of Signoria.

For FY25, Herble Prints reported a turnover of ₹27.91 Cr and a Profit After Tax of ₹0.85 Cr, indicating a notable operational addition to Signoria's portfolio.
