Shriram Pistons & Rings (SPRL) has acquired 100% of Antolin Lighting India, Grupo Antolin India, and its subsidiary, Grupo Antolin Chakan, for approx. ₹1,670 Cr (€159 million). These companies are key players in automotive interior solutions.

This strategic move expands SPRL's product portfolio beyond powertrain tech, significantly strengthening its footprint in the auto components industry and adding over ₹1,179 Cr in combined annual revenue.

The deal includes a technology licensing agreement, ensuring SPRL's access to advanced solutions and driving long-term value for investors.
