Shirdi Sai Electricals, the promoter of Indo Tech Transformers Limited (ITTL), has pledged an additional 27.61 lakh equity shares of ITTL on November 21, 2025. This move increases the total pledged promoter holding in ITTL to 61.52 lakh shares, representing 57.93% of ITTL's total share capital and 77.24% of the promoter's stake.

The fresh pledge secures INR 600 Crore in Non-Convertible Debentures and INR 150 Crore in Optionally Convertible Debentures issued by Shirdi Sai Electricals Limited itself.

These funds are intended for the promoter's own financing needs.
