DCM Shriram Industries (DCMSR) has set December 19, 2025, as the Record Date for its Composite Scheme of Arrangement.

Shareholders of DCMSR on this date will receive shares in two new entities: DCM Shriram Fine Chemicals (DSFCL) and DCM Shriram International (DSIL). For every share held in DCMSR, investors will get one fully paid share of Rs. 2 in DSFCL and one of Rs. 2 in DSIL, a 1:1 allocation for each new company.
