Kalpataru Ltd. has withdrawn its plan to demerge Project Yoganand, Borivali.

The company's board previously decided to cancel the separation of this project into its wholly-owned subsidiary, Kalpataru Residency Private Limited.

A tribunal has now approved this withdrawal.

For shareholders, this means Project Yoganand will remain integrated within Kalpataru Limited.

This maintains the existing company structure, reversing earlier plans for a focused spin-off and potential separate value creation for that specific asset.
