Sylph Industries Limited has announced a significant leadership change, with Mr. Hasmukh Nanalala Shah transitioning from a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director to the Executive Managing Director.

This move, supported by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, appoints him for a five-year term, effective from 11th December, 2025, to 10th December, 2030. Mr. Shah brings expertise in Finance & Management to his new executive role, which is expected to bring direct operational oversight and strategic direction to the company's performance.
