Firstsource Solutions has completed the 100% acquisition of Pastdue Credit Solutions Ltd (PDC) for GBP 22 million.

PDC is a UK-based debt collections agency specializing in white-label, early arrears, and recovery services.

This strategic move significantly expands Firstsource's presence and capabilities in the crucial UK debt collection market.

PDC adds a turnover of GBP 16.9 million and operating profit of GBP 3.4 million (for Nov 2023 – Oct 2024), bolstering Firstsource's service offerings and market footprint.
