Tasty Dairy Specialities announced that Mr. Shamshad Alam has resigned as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, citing personal reasons.

He will be relieved from his duties from December 15. The company is currently undergoing a Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process.

While Mr. Alam ceases to be Key Managerial Personnel, the Resolution Professional clarified that his statutory and professional obligations related to the CIRP will continue.

The RP expects his full cooperation and assistance with all CIRP matters and reserves the right to initiate proceedings for any non-cooperation.

This is a significant change in key management during a critical period for the company.
