Syrma SGS Technology ($SYRMA) has completed the first tranche of its acquisition of Elcome Integrated Systems.

The company now holds a 60% stake in Elcome for ₹235 Cr.

This strategic move follows the earlier announcement for Elcome to acquire Navicom Technology, which would effectively expand Syrma's overall portfolio and operational footprint.
