DCM Shriram Industries has revised the record date for share entitlement.

Originally December 19, 2025, the new record date is now December 26, 2025. This ensures eligible shareholders receive new shares in DCM Shriram Fine Chemicals Limited and DCM Shriram International Limited, following a Scheme of Arrangement.

The change is due to pending formalities for share extinguishment and allotment from Lily Commercial Pvt. Limited.
