IB Infotech Enterprises' board has appointed Ms. Divya Trivedi as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, also designating her as Key Managerial Personnel.

Ms. Trivedi is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with experience in corporate secretarial and compliance roles.

This appointment strengthens the company’s governance and compliance framework.

Additionally, the board authorized Rita Singh (Executive Director), Nitin Singh (Chief Financial Officer), and Ms. Trivedi to determine the materiality of events and make timely disclosures, ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders.
