AVG Logistics promoter Asha Gupta has pledged an additional 6,00,000 equity shares, equivalent to 4.00% of the company's total share capital.

This pledge was made as a margin call for a credit facility obtained by the company.

As a result, the total promoter-pledged shares now stand at 51,45,455, representing 34.18% of AVG Logistics' total share capital.

This increases the overall encumbered portion of the promoter's holding, a significant point for investors to observe.
