This deal, valued at ~$277 Cr (USD 33.37 million), positions ONEPOINT for immediate leadership in the high-growth Latin American ITES/BPO market.

Netcom brings proven expertise in omnichannel contact centers and specialized digital signature support for regulated sectors, alongside a strong client base.

The acquisition is set to enhance ONEPOINT's operational footprint, provide a resilient revenue stream, and improve its financial and operating structure.
