Peninsula Land fully repaid all its outstanding Optionally Convertible Debentures (OCDs) totalling Rs. 150 Cr, including the recent Rs. 37.50 Cr Tranche B. This debt reduction strengthens the balance sheet and results in a nominee director stepping down.
