TVS Electronics (TVSEL) has completed a key step in its amalgamation with TVS Investments (TVSIPL). TVSEL cancelled 1,11,60,093 of its own shares previously held by TVSIPL.

Concurrently, an equal number of new TVSEL shares were allotted to TVSIPL's shareholders, proportionate to their ownership in TVSIPL.

This process ensures no increase in TVSEL's total issued capital, thus avoiding dilution for current TVSEL shareholders.

These newly issued shares are set for listing on BSE and NSE, reflecting the final stage of the share distribution from the merger.
